Representing the Restaurant Industry--2002

Restaurant operations are very broad, and these materials present a legal "soup to nuts" analysis of how to set up a franchise, set up an operation and staff it, and deal with suppliers. The restaurant industry involves wage and hour laws that relate to waiters and waitresses and tip pools, tip credits, and other arrangements for deducting meals and uniform costs from pay.
