Basic Law of Pensions is designed to provide elementary instruction on the tax and non-tax aspects of pension, welfare, and deferred compensation planning. Addressed to attorneys and other practitioners with little or no experience in any particular field of practice, as well as to lawyers with some modest experience in handling matters under ERISA, this course provides a basic introduction to the design of various pension, welfare, and other deferred compensation plans.
