Historic Preservation Law--2005

These materials examine the business aspects of preservation, including tax laws; real estate opportunities; and easements for structures, open areas, and historic monuments and locations. The materials also review current developments in historic preservation litigation, with particular attention to how Kelo v. City of New London, other court decisions, and governmental and popular reactions to them will affect preservation and landmarking of properties.
