MCLE Requirements 12 credits per reporting year, including 2 credits in legal ethics.

Beginning November 1, 2010 attorneys are limited to 8 credits per compliance year for prerecorded delivery. VA reporting year runs from November 1 to successive October 31.
Compliance Date: Attorneys must earn the required credit amount by October 31 of reporting year.

Reporting Deadline: Attorneys must certify completion of the required MCLE credits for the preceding reporting year by December 15.

Reporting ALI CLE will provide the proper Virginia-specific form upon completion. Virginia attorneys are responsible for sending the form to the Virginia State Bar or reporting earned credits online at
