Tennessee

MCLE Requirements 15 credits per reporting year, including 3 credits in legal ethics/professionalism.

Compliance Date: Attorneys must earn the required credit amount by December 31 of reporting year.

Reporting Deadline: Attorneys must submit an annual report statement by March 1 certifying completion of the required MCLE credits for the preceding year. TN’s new regulations stipulate that this is an “in-this-office” deadline—the statement must be received by March 1.
