Pennsylvania

MCLE Requirements 12 credits per year including 2 credits in legal ethics, professionalism, or substance abuse.

All PA lawyers have been permanently assigned to one of three Compliance Groups chosen randomly, by lawyer ID number:
Group I - May 1 through April 30 every year
Group II - September 1 through August 31 every year
Group III - January 1 through December 31 every year

Reporting Deadline: As assigned.
