|MCLE Requirements||12 credits per reporting year including 1 credit in legal ethics.
Compliance Date: Attorneys must earn the required credit amount by December 31 of reporting year.
Reporting Deadline: Attorneys are exempt from filing an annual report of compliance provided that they have earned the required MCLE credit amount by December 31. Attorneys must ensure the OK Bar Association’s MCLE Commission’s records are accurate in this regard. Otherwise, attorneys must certify completion of the required credit amount by February 15 for the preceding reporting year.
