New Hampshire

MCLE Requirements 12 credits per reporting year including 2 credits in ethics/professionalism, substance abuse, prevention of malpractice or attorney-client dispute.
(NH reporting year runs from July 1 to successive June 30.)

Compliance Date: Attorneys must earn the required credit amount by June 30 (end of reporting year).

Reporting Deadline: On or before October 1, attorneys must certify completion of the required MCLE credits for the preceding year.
