North Dakota

MCLE Requirements 45 credits per 3-year compliance period, including 3 credits in legal ethics.
ND attorneys are assigned to one of three Reporting Groups in an alternating 3-year reporting cycle, running from July 1 to June 30 (E.g., July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2008).

Compliance Date: Attorneys must earn the required credit amount by the final June 30 of their 3-year compliance period.

Reporting Deadline: Attorneys must certify completion of the required MCLE credits for the preceding compliance period on or before July 30 following the close of their 3-year compliance period.
