|MCLE Requirements||15 credits per reporting year, including 5 credits in legal ethics every 3 years.
(MT reporting year runs from April 1 to successive March 31.)
Compliance Date: Attorneys must earn the required credit amount by March 31 (end of reporting year).
Reporting Deadline: On or before April 1, attorneys must certify completion of the required MCLE credits for the preceding year. Attorneys may submit affidavit of credit completion without penalty within a 30 day grace period following April 1.
