|MCLE Requirements||45 credits per 3-year reporting period including 3 credits in legal ethics and 2 credits in elimination of bias.
Compliance Date: Attorneys must earn required credit amount by June 30 of assigned 3-year reporting period.
Reporting Deadline: Attorneys must certify completion of the required MCLE credits by August 30 of assigned 3-year reporting period.
Minnesota attorneys are assigned to one of three Categories, each with a unique 3-year reporting period on an alternating reporting cycle. For more information on reporting periods and compliance Categories, please see the MN Board of CLE website.
