|MCLE Requirements||12.5 credits per educational year including 2 credits in legal ethics. (KY educational year runs from July 1 to successive June 30.)
Compliance Date: Attorneys must earn the required credit amount by June 30 (end of educational year).
Reporting Deadline: Attorneys must certify completion of the required MCLE credits for the preceding educational year on or before August 10 following the end of the previous year.
