|MCLE Requirements||30 credits each 3-year reporting period following the date of admission; at least 2 credits must be in legal ethics or professional responsibility.
Compliance Date: Attorneys must earn the required credit amount by December 31 of the final year of the 3-year reporting period.
Reporting Deadline: On or before February 1, attorneys must certify completion of the required MCLE credits for the preceding compliance period.

|Reporting||ALI-CLE maintains attendance records and reports attendance to the Idaho State Bar within 28 days of presentation.
Attorneys must submit a written report of attendance at accredited MCLE courses to the Idaho State Bar at the end of each 3 year reporting period. The reporting form is the MCLE Certificate of Compliance. Certificates of Compliance will be provided to each attorney at the end of their reporting period.
