Georgia

MCLE Requirements 12 credits per year including 1 credit in legal ethics and 1 credit in professionalism; Trial attorneys are required to earn 3 credits per year in trial practice.

Compliance Date: Attorneys must earn the required credit amount by December 31 of reporting year.

Reporting Deadline: On or before January 31st, attorneys must certify completion of the required MCLE credits for the preceding year.
