|MCLE Requirements||45 credits per 3-year compliance period including 7 credits in legal ethics.
Compliance Date: Attorneys must obtain the required credit amount by the third December 31 of the 3-year compliance period.
Reporting Deadline: Attorneys may certify completion of required MCLE credits at anytime within 3-year compliance period, but no later than the following January 31 after the close of the compliance period.
