|MCLE Requirements||12 credits per year including 1 credit in legal ethics.
Compliance Date: Attorneys must obtain the required credit amount by June 30th, the end of the annual reporting period (July 1-June 30).
Reporting Deadline: Attorneys must certify completion of required MCLE credits by June 30th, the end of the annual reporting period. Attorneys failing to meet this requirement will be notified by the Arkansas CLE Board on or before the following July 31, and must make up the deficiency by December 1.
