ALI CLE Diversity Policy

African-American womanToday, the legal profession is more diverse than ever. This increased diversity offers new opportunities for ALI CLE to recruit previously undiscovered, talented people who should have the chance to participate as continuing legal education leaders, instructors, and authors. Diversity in all its forms–including but not limited to age, gender, race, ethnicity, orientation, expertise, geographic location and type and size of practice–furthers ALI CLE's mission to offer excellent CLE. Diversity also serves ALI CLE's customers by enriching and expanding the different perspectives offered in ALI CLE's courses and publications and by providing fresh ideas to lawyers representing an increasingly diverse pool of clients.
