Natalie Kelly, Director, State Bar Association of Georgia Law Practice Management Program, Atlanta, Georgia

Natalie R. Kelly is the Director of the State Bar of Georgia’s Law Practice Management Program in Atlanta, Georgia. She provides extensive practice management and technology consulting and training to Georgia Bar members. She is a member of several legal organizations, and also writes and speaks locally and nationally on modern practice management and legal technology.  

Dan Pinnington, Vice President, Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company (LAWPRO) Claims Prevention & Stakeholder Relations, Toronto, Ontario

Dan Pinnington is Vice President, Claims Prevention & Stakeholder Relations at the Lawyer’s Professional Indemnity Company (LAWPRO). He is a legal technology evangelist and is well known for his “tech tips.” His vision, energy, and ideas have made practicePRO an internationally recognized claims prevention initiative. He is a prolific writer, speaker, and blogger (AvoidAClaim and on legal malpractice, risk management, legal technology, and law practice management issues. He is a veteran of hundreds of presentations at law firms and conferences all over North America and has chaired more than a dozen major conferences. The American Bar Association just published The Busy Lawyer’s Guide to Success: Tips to Power Your Practice, a book he co-authored with Reid Trautz. He recently stepped down as Editor-in-Chief of the ABA’s Law Practice magazine and is one of the founding editors of the Law Practice Today webzine. Dan was inducted as a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management in 2007. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is active in both the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
